- Determine whether the record can be disclosed
- Provide the record or explain reasons for refusal
7. Fees
A request fee of may be payable upon submission. Reproduction costs may be charged.
8. Appeal Procedure
If your request is refused or you are dissatisfied with the response, you have the right to appeal. An appeal must be:
- Made in writing within 30 days of receiving the decision
- Clearly stating the reasons for the appeal
- Addressed to the company
9. Information Regulator of South Africa
You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled.
